The famous Raw Bar offers up to a dozen different varieties of oysters nightly as well as clams, chilled crabs and lobsters, all flown in daily. Behind the scenes, Jax Executive Chef Sheila Lucero creates innovative entrees that capture the essence of fresh fish and local and organic produce. The lively, upbeat bar run by Mixologist Jesse Klinker is home to Boulder's best martinis, an outstanding wine list and a often changing menu of local micro-brews.

Check out the 'Wall of Fame' at the Jax bar packed with a collection of photos from alumni, employees and regulars showcasing their 'catch of the day' all donning Jax lids. The staff, who are more than family to most who pass through our doors, are dedicated to making your experience memorable.
